On this weeks episode I have a conversation with my sister, Heather Jones (oregongirlbynature@gmail.com) to discuss her upcoming surgery. She is scheduled for a radical hysterectomy on Tuesday the 11th. We talk about how things got to this point and her struggles with the reality that she won't ever be able to have children. Two guests this week on #JAWGPOD! First I am joined by the host of #TheStarkContrast Rod Stark as we break down the greatest independent pro wrestling show of a lifetime...#ALLIN. It was a great show and lots to talk.

The second half of the show is much more serious...as I get honest about my own personal mental health and the struggles I have gone through this week. Removing the stigma of mental health is important and I wanted to take this time to talk about it. Nicki also talks about what she is going through. It important to remember that not being okay, is okay.
